Our Company

ALL IN THE FAMILY

Our Story

Now operating as Kingston Capital, we commenced in 1984 as a private family owned business specialising in construction and self-funded property developments.

Since then, Kingston Capital has evolved with the onboarding of the next generation and innovative processes to pursue the opportunities of the industry, whilst maintaining the uncompromising integrity and passion for the field of the senior, founding members. This unification of tradition and innovative vision sees Kingston placed to provide the specialised service of exclusive investment opportunities.

Our projects to date span across the Sydney metropolitan, Central Coast, Richmond and Illawarra regions.

Construction backgrounds amidst our team equips Kingston Capital with the benefit of a thorough understanding of one of the key aspects of any property development investment: construction of the project. In addition to this, we are experienced in project planning, design works, feasibility and funding, sales and evolving market demands of Sydney property. Over the years, we have formed strong working relationships with architects, design teams, sales and property market experts.

Our Company Ambition

Vision Statement

Our vision is to continue to grow as an organisation that our families and broader team can be proud of and one that will lay the foundations for our future generations. NEIL KHOURY

Founder

Neil first entered the industry in the mid-1980s when his intuition called him to leave his former career in pursuit of one in construction and one in which he could take ownership of his own projects. Since then, his intuition has proved true as his enjoyment of the creative and construction processes, and passion for seeing a project come together to form a fruitful finished product he can be proud of, has continued to grow. As such, our highly experienced founder continues to enjoy partaking in construction of projects and onsite is often where you will find him! Neil bears the experience of over 30 years and almost a hundred projects, making him an invaluable source of information and advice for our team and clients. He is also qualified in AutoCAD and is involved in much of our design work. Outside of work, Neil enjoys reading, philosophy and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Victor Khoury

Director

Victor is no stranger to the property game, observing his father onsite since he was seven years old. Since then, a lot has changed. Victor has over 20 years’ professional experience in property development, feasibility and estimating, advising and consulting with clients, industry professionals and other stakeholders. Victor’s interests and strengths lay in business solutions and he is known to continually venture into new challenges (taking the team with him!), seeking out projects that will provide both personal and professional growth, knowledge and experience. Work aside, Victor is a keen F1 racing fan and otherwise keeps very busy with his family and three young children.

John Paul Khoury

General Manager

John Paul obtained his Bachelor of Construction Management in 2009 and has been working in the field for 15 years. After working for the NSW Department of State Works for almost five years early on in his career, he decided to join the family business and pursue his passion for being “hands-on” with projects, taking personal accountability and seeing them through from commencement to completion. John Paul is solutions focused. He enjoys consulting with industry professionals to develop project solutions and has a natural ability for leading teams to meet their objectives. When not at work, John Paul keeps busy with his young family and a full social life, being known to have a social engagement virtually every weekend!
